We appreciated a full jug of safe water, great shower, beautiful grounds with dappled shade and several hammocks. Several species of birds in the gated open tree covered area made spending time outside pleasant. We used our shaded porch a lot as well. The location was perfect walking to playa Cocoa in the west, downtown in 8 min....

Downsides: badly damaged kitchen tiles, king bed had queen-size sheet and only two pillows, initially short on towels, two beach towels smelled, and the location is far from the city/not walkable—we spent over $120 USD on taxis. Good service, but unit needs better maintenance and clearer location expectations. "
