"I had a lovely week, away from it all, in Haute Correze. I love the area though I wasn't familiar with Ussel and its surroundings but found loads of new places to see and things to do. The accomodation was very spacious (I was alone), the dining room, kitchen and bathroom all well- equipped. I was there during a heatwave and the terrace was sometimes just too hot to sit out on, but still an asset to the property."

"La maison est grande, pratique (manque peut-être un frigo quand on est une dizaine). L'espace autour est super agréable. Nous avons bien profité de la table de ping ping, du barbecue. Et que dire de la piscine couverte , magique ! Notre hôte nous a toujours répondu. Et il y a de quoi visiter aux alentours, en voiture bien sûr. Donc nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette maison."

"Le week-end annuel des cousinades s'est déroulé dans ce charmant hameau isolé et calme. La maison, très fonctionnelle et vaste était parfaite pour notre groupe de 17 personnes. La terrasse très grande a accueilli tous les repas, même les petits déjeuners. Les ballades à proximité ont permis de s'aérer sans prendre la voiture. Seul hic, les chambres sans fenêtres sans possibilité d'aérer et de respirer."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The house is set on a sloped garden with beautiful views to all sides off tree lined pastures. A couple of friendly cows add to the picture and do not disturb the tranquility of the place. The house is immense with four closed bedrooms and a multitude of other sleeping areas, three sitting rooms, two kitchens, two laundry rooms and three bathrooms. "Weekend en famille. Lieu très agréable, avec un environnement dans la nature. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactif à la moindre sollicitation. Le logement est très sympathique avec une grand cheminée pour faire un petit feu. Seul bémol : le réseau qui est très faible, voir inexistant pour certains opérateurs mais cela permet de couper 😀. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci pour l'accueil."

"This was a one night stay for a short visit to the region for family reasons. There was nobody around on arrival. The restaurant was closed.There was a handwritten message stuck to the inside of the window explaining how to get to our room. The key was in the door. I needed to use the Wi-Fi during my stay but wasn’t informed what the password was and there was nobody around to ask. On leaving the restaurant was open and there was somebody there to take the key. Service was very poor, but I guess you get what you pay for."
