"Amazing stay at Palazzo Castriotta. Our host did everything to make our stay magical with recommendations for beaches, exceptional places, restaurants... a big wow. We stayed 4 days. The family room was impeccable and what can we say about the homemade lunch to be had in the garden and the lovely lady who served the coffee and welcomed us. "I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. After reading the reviews on Google l was expecting a friendly environment. I didn’t get this. The restaurant was good however it was...
