"Fun hotel, great staff. We had a room mixup and although they were unable to switch us to our reserved accommodations, they were very apologetic and offered us a generous credit and also agreed to free parking when asked. "

We ate at Mason Street Grill and the Lobby lounge as well as the cafe for breakfast. All the food was amazing, service was spectacular and it was a better than expected stay "

"The room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Restaraunt was a bit pricey but the food was DELICIOUS and drinks tasty. They allowed us to have a lake checkout no problem. Also reg checkout is 12. Most places are 11. Id def stay here again. "
