Wry clean hotel near in old Chisinau. Close to everything. Great Moldovan restaurant across the street and a grocery store nearby.

I checked in late at night. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was outdated and the ac didn’t work. In general, I wouldn’t recommend this place and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel

The Ambassador Hotel is a beautiful hotel with details, the towels, the linen, everything has the hotel logo. The presidential suite is nice and big, and the customer service is terrific. I will definitely come back when I'm in that area, so thank you so much for a great experience. Until next time!!

I love this hotel. It is in a residential district just three blocks from the main shopping street. The staff are very pleasant. They help you, even if their English is limited. They help you out, and I appreciate that. My toilet broke during my visit. They called in a person to fix it that very hour (I checked in at 9 PM). Then they checked it again the very next day. I appreciate that. It was a great stay at this hotel.

Крайне недружественные и нелояльный персонал. При поселении в 2 часа ночи из-за неработающего по вине отеля терминала оплаты отказывались поселять и требовали оплаты наличными, посылая в банкомат за деньгами. Трудно придумать что-то более отталкивающее от повторного визита. И это притом, что было забронировано несколько номеров для бизнес встреч
