"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team. Very unpleasant experience after a long day. "

"Very comfortable hotel - centrally located in Chisinau on a pedestrian street just down from the central park. We had a top floor room with a view over the city."

"Best bits are the pool is convenient and fairly shallow at 1.5m, it's only luke warm, but good once in. Staff are always at hand and friendly. I found the mattress a little on the hard side but comfortable. AC is good, hot water"

"Great across the board. Staff super friendly from start to finish. Room was great and clean. Water hot and bed comfortable. Within a block of Chisinau city center so location is fantastic. This is my new hotel for Chisinau. "
