We had access to the Royal Club on the 28th floor, where we enjoyed breakfast as well as the tea time and cocktail hour services. That part of the stay was a very pleasant memory. "

"Stayed at South wing. Room was very comfortable but there was no Aircon in month of May so it became quite stuffy. Service was fantastic as they came quickly to help open a window. Do note that South Wing Rooms occupants have to wear casual clothes to go to the Public Bath as the pathway is via the ground floor"
