"We stayed 5 Nights in NOV 2025. Easy to deal with owner. Local caretaker Tofazzal was easily reachable and helpful. The apartment is spacious and is well kept. Location is very convenient with many shops and restaurants in walkable distance. Easy tranportation to other areas as well. Although this place looked little more expensive compared to other available apts, I booked looking at how spacious and convenient the location was, and it was a good decision. "The flat perfectly matches the pictures, it is very clean and well located. It is perfect for longer stays and everything needed is provided. While the add states it is a two-bedroom flat, for some reason one of the rooms was not accessible during our stay. It was not a problem for us but could have been mentioned beforehand. For the rest everything was very good, thank you again."

"Need to fix the tiles for the bedroom. It was not usable and hazardous to go there. Also, one of the bathroom was broken and not able to use. Bedroom doors locks need to be fixed. Doors are not working. Area is convenient with restaurant around and easy to get to Jamuna mall. Didn’t use A/C so not able to comments. "
