"The staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. But the room was not worth the money. Glass sliding window could not be locked and it was a minor security threat. Tap on the bathroom sink was loose. The white mat on bathroom floor was dirty and someone had kept it folded just not to show the stains. Breakfast buffet is inr 350 and some items were not very fresh, could improve. Overall still good, but there's room to grow. Would go again if nearby...

"Completely Dissatisfied, the reason I booked this Service apartment is because it was newly constructed and opened. I booked a single room for my parents, they lend us a room within an apartment which is already occupied by someone else, We had to share the hall, and no access to kitchen and Zero privacy. "I stayed at the Ginger Hotel from Nov-26-2025 to Nov-29-2025 after arriving to Kochi Kerala after three days of flying. My stay was exceptional. I'll start with the food, there was a wide variety of options to choose from for both breakfast and Dinner. All of which were extremely delicious. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The staff at reception and the man who assisted with the luggage were also pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool was well maintained. As far as pricing goes, I don't have much to compare it to since that was the only Hotel I stayed at in Kochi but I do know I can get similar quality for less in other places. With all things considered I highly recommend Ginger Kochi, Kalamassery. "
