"My stay was truly pleasant and comfortable. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Bon Marche and Pick n Pay grocery stores, with a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. I particularly enjoyed my morning walks up Mount Road — the 1.5 km stretch and back made for a refreshing start to each day. The staff were consistently welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Harare — hopefully with a little returning guest’s concession!"

"We could not even locate the place. We had to book another place for the night. Their contact number not even working. Not really sure if the place is real. Very bad experience as we wasted 2 hours driving, trying to locate the place but could not find it."

"The staff were professional and engaging. The standard rooms were spacious, large, clean and comfortable. There is a food court nearby and it is walking distance to the CBD and also to shopping centres like Fife Avenue Shops. I would happily stay there again. Secure parking inside a gated complex makes it very safe. "
