"Conveniently located to Parma train station, close to city square. Very walkable. Large, high ceilings room. Staff very friendly, breakfast good and hotel was very clean. We had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended. Stayed 2 nights."

"Though the hotel rooms could use a little refreshing with paint touch up, etc., it was a nice place to stay. The hotel is proximate to the train station and walkable to the historic center. The room was spacious, but it did smell a little musty and the room locations were a bit bewildering. However, the staff was friendly, the lobby and seating areas were very nice and the hotel is in a quiet location but convenient to everything. We'd definitely stay again."
