Guests can enjoy walking paths throughout the estate and discover features such as a remarkable Etruscan grotto. The villa has been carefully restored to preserve its original character while offering all modern amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The main Villa that gives the name to the estate Villa Febea can host up to 24 adults in its 12 double bedrooms and includes a spacious sitting and dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms across several floors. A ground-floor bedroom is accessible and suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Upper floors include additional bedrooms and a cozy lounge with a veranda

In addition to the main villa, the estate includes two smaller independent villas that can accommodate additional guests, making the property ideal for large groups while still offering privacy. they can host up to 6 adults each

Each villa on the estate benefits from its own private outdoor space, and there are three separate swimming pools in total. Each pool can be heated on request ( price to be quoted upone request) and is reserved for the exclusive use of its respective villa, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Its central location makes it ideal for day trips to Florence, Rome, Siena, and the wine regions of Montepulciano. The motorway is only five minutes away, and both coasts are reachable for day excursions.
