"Great location close to pretty beach and restaurants, and swimming pool next door. Boat hire is also available by the beach and well worth doing for the day. Apartment is adequately equipped but balcony furniture could have been a bit more comfortable. Air con worked well as did Wi Fi. Fantastic view to get up to, and sit out on the balcony in the evening, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Note there is nowhere to sit inside other than dining table and 4 chairs. "Sometimes when we`ve booked a villa the actual villa has not matched the description, this was not the case with Villa Rosemary where everything was as good, if not better, than the listing. The villa was easy to find and sufficiently private to relax completely. The much used pool was a godsend on the hot days, and the villa itself was cool indoors. the villa was very clean and well maintained and lacked for nothing in facilities. We spent most evenings at Pelekas ( about a five minute drive )...

"As a family of five, we had an amazing stay at this villa. Spotlessly clean, all mod cons. The pool is lovely and the BBQ great. Only 1 minute walk from the most amazing shingle beach. Restaurants, bakery and shops nearby.Alexander was so helpful and allowed us to check out a few hours later to accommodate our plans. "Das Haus war mehrere Monate (oder Jahre) nicht bewohnt. Schon bei Ankunft war muffiger modriger Geruch in den Räumen, noch schlimmer und stärker in allen Schränken. An allen Fenstern der Bäder und Schlafzimmer fehlte die Gaze, die Mücken waren unerträglich. Im Erdgeschoss waren Ameisen in allen Zimmern. Der Fernseher ging überhaupt nicht, das WLAN war von äußerst schlechter Qualität. In einem Badezimmer fehlte die Duschtür komplett. Die Tochter vom Besitzer hat sich alles angeschaut, geändert...

"What an amazing time we had at Villa Verde last month! The house was perfect for the 8 of us, and the grounds and pool were wonderful.
