Two rooms were completely different than pictured and completely different standard. One was much smaller (I paid the same for both) and didn’t have neither a desk nor a nightstand. "Paid our stay on hotels.com, when we got to the hotel we called the host and she told us to go to a supermarket nearby and get the keys. When we got there we were told that we had to pay for 3 nights with cash only. No receipt Double charged amount of our stay"

"In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!"

"The owner is beyond gracious, breakfast was delicious and filling. Easy to get to on public transport, but friendliness was outstanding!"

"Sorry to say but the price did not reflect the condition of the place. The shower was filthy when we arrived. We had to buy our own detergents to clean it. The TV did not work. There was a problem with hot water and internet. If it hadn't been paid up front we would have left. The local area was nice of cause and the staff was helpful."

They advertised this property as a luxuary apartments , which weren’t cheap considering it was out of seson. At the arrival we were told we won’t get the apartament which we chose , which I specifically selected , cos there was a leak in the bathroom.
