"The check in was unprofessional at best, I rang the bell a dozen times. I had to go into the bar to get a bar tender to help and was told he would help me when he had time. Holes in the walls, water smells, water was backing up while showering, I had to go to the bar to get ice and wait till they had time to help me again. The breakfast was great, so I guess you get what you pay for."

"The front desk clerk on arrival was unfriendly and was again not helpful when I asked to extend my stay later that day. He told me they were “fully” booked up but when I went back to check on Expedia, I could still make a reservation. Room was very nice and well maintained."

"I asked housekeeping if they were going to clean our room n they said no, so I said why not. You’ve have cleaned our room since we checked in Sunday. I couldn’t understand why they clean the rooms daily and shouldn’t have to be asked to do it."
