"Parking was safe and secure. The gym was small but adequate. Two of the three staff members we encountered were disinterested amd apathetic. One staff member was friendly. The hotels.com site listed additional costs like pet fee and incidental charge as $50 each. The actual charges at check in were $75 each. "

"My tv, phone, microwave and fridge didn't work. I'm handicapped and had to go to the front desk to ask for help. The person at tge front desk, really wasn't interested in helping me. He gave me another remote it didn't work as well. On mu way back down to the front desk, I ran into a house keeper that fixed my everything except my phone. I used my own phone to call the front desk but. No one answered. "
