"Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an der Bundesstrasse. Ab ca. 5 Uhr ist starker Verkehrslärm. Super Service. Zimmer sehr gross. Das Bad ist aber leider etwas klein. Fichtelbergbahn Station unterhalb vom Hotel. Empfehlung für nicht Lärm empfindliche Gäste."

T. voller Baumaterial und dgl. - Gebäude und Umgebung der Pension herunter gekommen, wenig einladend, eher abstoßend - Lage ist günstig am Waldrand zum Start von Wandertouren - Essen unterdurchschnittlich "

"The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. I advise to use the uncovered parking. Because the garage is the main downside of the hotel."
