Séjour en famille

Nous avons eu la chambre côté route et franchement aucun bruit dans la chambre bien insonorisé, le personnel (les femmes de ménages et le personnel à l'accueil) très agréable à l'écoute et disponible, le ménage est fait tout les jours, le petit déjeuner est correct . L hôtel fait un peu vieux de l'extérieur mais à l'intérieur tout est propre. Le lit est confortable, la chambre est propre Un séjour en famille pour les fêtes de fin d'année à cholet tout s est bien dérouler. Merciiii à toutes l'équipes d'avoir rendu notre séjour agréable avec nos enfants de bas âge.

Très très déçus

Personne a la réception à notre arrivée (19h!), nous avons dû sonner plusieurs fois et attendre un certain temps avant que quelqu’un ne se présente. Hôtel très bruyant, impossible de dormir avec le bruit et claquements de portes dans les couloir. Aussi, l’hôtel s’appelle ibis « style » mais celui-ci n’a absolument rien de stylé. Décoration vieillotte, au goûts du jour du début des années 2000.. Petit dej presque innaccessible tellement il y a de monde. Et quand l’opportunité se présente, il n’y a plus de viennoiseries, plus de bols, et plus d’oranges..! Je ne recommande pas cet pour un moment de repos !

Très bon établissement.

Super accueil , chambre propre et bien équipée , étant au RDC côté route nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l’insonorisation parfaite , une super literie, un buffet petit déjeuner très complet, sucré comme salé , une amplitude horaire assez impressionnante pour un dimanche 6h a 10h, bref un super rapport qualité prix.

Nos séjours à l'Ibis Styles de Cholet sont toujours impeccable. Le personnel est à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. Le petit-déjeuner est compris dans le prix de la chambre et est à la hauteur. Petite remarque au passage ; où sont passés les œufs à la coque ?

Les chambres sont accessibles n’importe quand le soir ce qui est très pratique quand l’arrivée est tardive. La dame de l’accueil était très agréable et les chambres étaient très confortables et calmes avec une bonne literie. Le petit-déjeuner était également agréable avec du choix salé et sucré.

Arrive tard le soir . Entre zéro et moins un degré dehors. La fenêtre de ma chambre grande ouverte en arrivant et une odeur de tabac à vomir. J’en avertis la réception, on me dit qu’on en réfèrera à la direction. On ne me propose pas d’autre chambre. Que s’est donc t’il passé dans cette chambre pour la retrouver dans cet état ? Les draps sont ils propres ? Le lendemain effectivement on m’offre le petit déjeuner ce qui est appréciable. J’aurais préféré qu’on me trouve une chambre propre et conforme.
