Location correcte...mais des points à améliorer

Location agréable mais manque d'entretien ( douche calcaire, faïence cuisine), escalier abrupte pour l'accès à la mezzanine et pas de lumières dans cette partie ( pas d'ampoules), odeur de renfermé persistante dans l'appartement. Celui-ci étant sur rue... passante..pas idéal donc pour se reposer.
