大堂接待員有禮，但不斷遊說我升級房間，聲稱我2個人入住，大床房張床會窄。如果張床窄，點解酒店唔從新購入適合雙人床，而唔係不段叫客人俾錢升級，雙人床唔夠雙人睡的話，唔好叫雙人床房間，叫返做單人床吧。另外，我間房位於員工房隔離，酒店員工24 小時不停進出，又唔理會關門時的燥音，另到我們都睡得非常差。

Conveniently located in an area with restaurants, shopping centers and supermarkets all within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful, although not many are fluent in English. Breakfast buffet has a pretty good selection. Overall an enjoyable stay!

Nice location hotel

It's really nice location. There are lots of shopping malls around the hotel. Even the hotel itself is connected to the shopping mall with big super market. Basic room is not that big but enough comfortable to stay. If I go to Chongqing again, I am sure to stay the hotel again!
