"Hotel has its own unique charm. Staff are attentive and friendly. Good ambience, had a room sea front.. lovely view to look at ♥️ It took a while to look for a free parking space. Very limited space Otherwise wise, it was a beautiful stay ,room was clean, breakfast freshly cooked. Will definitely book again. "

"Amazing stay at St Hildas Complex..Beautiful accommodation in a area surrounded by walks to the sea..Fab food and the nicest staff you could ever wish to meet. Not forgetting Dora the adorableCockerpoo...If your thinking of holidaying near Staithes/runswick Bay / Sandsend /Whitby this is the place you need to say....oh and the lemon muffins at breakfast are to die for..The bus stop is 30 seconds away were it costs £3 to go anywhere .."

Great Yorkshire hospitality at its best, My room was very spacious for the night, a fantastic breakfast cooked to order the following morning. All the staff were both professional and courteous in their duties. A refreshing change from the usual chain hotels or city hotels. Highly recommend this place, and Easingwold is a beautiful small town. "

Thoughtful touches like welcome chocolates and a personalised congratulations message made us feel truly valued. Dinner was superb — beautifully presented with outstanding flavours — and followed by a surprise delivery of celebratory truffles. Serendipity offered direct poolside access via a private staircase, allowing us to step straight out into the sunshine for a relaxing afternoon with cocktails — the Hugo Spritz was a standout. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, and the spa provided just the right atmosphere to unwind.
