Supreme view on the sea and nearby lighthouse - very scenic, makes it difficult to leave the great rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff, very manageable even as foreigner. Takes a bit to get there, but definitely worthwhile for a few days.

The service level from the staff was utterly amazing. The location is right on the ocean and near an active lighthouse. One can sit and was the cone of light pass over you. The dining experience is unforgettable in a good way. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

1泊1人2万円300円の料金で朝食もなし。露天風呂もクローズで煎餅布団でした。茶菓子、冷蔵庫もなく、コンビニに買い出しに行く始末。ビジネスホテルの方が、よほど快適でした。酷いと言うより、悪質でした。犬吠埼に行っても「銚子グランドホテル」には、二度と泊まりません。快晴の天気と太平洋の眺望だけが、唯一の救いでした。

スタッフの方々が非常に丁寧に迎えて下さる姿に日本のホテルの良さをかんじました。 ただ、ホテルの事情によって食事が準備できないとの由。残念に思います。理想としては、ホテル内に新鮮な海鮮料理を扱うレストランができればいいですね。それとも、ホテルの広告には素泊まりと明記して、一般への日帰り温泉、食事には近くに魚の料理店がありますなどのアピールで、客を集めることができるのではないでしょうか。

スタッフはフレンドリーで優しい感じでした。 着ようとした浴衣が血がついた浴衣だったり、ドアがこわれたり、露天風呂に入ろうと行ったらお湯が空っぽだったり、 朝食が終わって部屋に戻ったら、部屋がフルオープンで荷物が無事だったのが不思議なくらいでした。 それ以外はロケーションは素晴らしかった。

従業員の方々の接客がとにかく丁寧で、快適な滞在ができました。食事がなかったのは残念ですが、お煎餅無料で焼けると言った面白いサービスがあったり、眺めが最高な温泉があったり、全体的には満足です。また泊まりたくなるホテルでした。
