"The hotel building is pretty new and clean. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Their restaurant for dinner was reasonable. Breakfast was okay. Only comment is, their rooms are all small. I changed my single room to twin room. They additional charged for 24000 en ( $ 153 ) I forgot how much I paid for single room, I thought??? but I didn’t argue with them. "

"Airport shuttles did not run as frequently as other hotels. Only 1 option for dining (Cafe Ceres), except for the convenience store."

"Economy rooms have TERRIBLE beds. You will not sleep. Like wooden boards"

"Hotel does not offer security for the guest , there is no customer service or good communication . The hotel has 1 restaurant buffet style and close view of Narita Airport. It is very quiet, it has a small laundry room and a shuttle bus to the Airport . The rooms are a good size with basic amenities. The quality of pillow and mattress are basic ,extra firm."

"Room was very big for the price, however the bed was pretty rock hard and pillows were like concrete. The washroom was dated like the property. It was nice being in the main building but with all the curves it’s easy to get lost. The Lawson down stairs in the lobby was super convenient. The downsides are you can ship your luggage to the hotel and they’ll hold it til you arrive. But if you have a future reservation they will refuse to hold your luggage regardless of your reservation. It’s a very weird policy at this specific location. Never had this issue at the many other toyoko I’ve visited across the country. For the price point, you’re better off going to stay at hotel nikko or tobu as it’s a lot more comfortable than concrete."

"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."
