"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. "Amazing Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur! I spent a fantastic week at this hotel with my girlfriend, and we absolutely loved it! The service was excellent, the staff were kind and professional, and every detail made our stay pleasant and comfortable. The location is perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. "Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is a hotel we repeated stays at every time we are in that area. It has a wonderful view of the Twin Towers and is conveniently located to excellent shopping, food, and entertainment options! We also enjoy their widespread breakfast buffet! We will visit soon!"

"I had a lovely stay at the Shangri-La KL. The staff are all wonderful, in the dining room, lobby, room attendants. Lovely turn-down service, and many water bottles provides in the room. Fantastic pool. Rooms are fairly quiet especially given proximity to busy roads, with extremely good black-out curtains. Highly recommended. "

Grand hotel good location

"Good location and five star service throughput, this is a classy establishment and has a grand style. Location and facilities are good, great shopping and dining options available and close to Petronas towers however a tour would require booking in advance before your stay. The rooms are starting to look a little dated however all adds to the charm."
