"The property was very good, the hot tub was kinda gross, we waited to use, because there was a kids birthday party, and the breakfast in the morning was missing bolws and spoons and when I asked, 3 bowls were brought. And was taken right away for cereal. Not enough options to choose from as most stuff was empty. Other than that the stay was great."

"Be advised that "pet friendly" for a fee means they only have 1 type of room available with ONLY double beds. So even though I paid for 2 queen beds, I was informed that wouldn't be what I was getting. The "pet friendly"room had wires hanging off the back of the TV, the volume didn't work so we had to call the front desk and a nice gentleman (who was terrified of dogs) came and wiggled a few wires to get the volume to work. The light fixture above the sink was hanging off the wall and I would say the local restaurant uses the grass area in the back of the hotel to dump their restaurant grease as my dog found this and rolled around in it leaving her coated in grease all weekend. You get what you pay for...I suggest spending your $150+ per night elsewhere!"

"Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others when researching. "
