One Bedroom City Base with Free Carpark

Located just north of the iconic city square and within walking distance to the convention centre, the town hall and the bars and restaurants on the Terrace, this one-bedroom apartment is close to everywhere you want to be. Lock up your car in the complimentary carpark and go and explore all this modern city has to offer or use it as a base to explore greater Christchurch.

The Space

Built in 2021, this gated apartment building is modern, warm and built to a high specification. Located at the far end of the building this apartment is the farthest from the road so is very quiet.

The large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge has all you need for a night in with a full kitchen, a dining table for two and a 3 seater couch in front of a 55” Smart TV. A heat pump is available for those cooler (or warmer) nights. The bedroom has a very comfortable commercial grade queen bed, a full wardrobe, and two bedside cabinets.

On those warm nights, sit outside in the private, quiet garden area.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the complex via a PIN to the vehicle and the pedestrian gate. Once inside, guests have full access to the apartment.
