The property is located quite convenience for access public transport to and from the airport and CBD. The unit in my opinion requires some renovation, ie. a repaint, extra power points and renew the existing lighting (very poor) The shower tray and/or curtain needs attention to avoid water during a shower drips onto the floor and make it very slippery.

A fully equipped kitchen with a full oven/stove. Very comfortable beds. Warm homely place that didn't need any extra heating. Parking was excellent with the in one way and exit another way. Will definitely be my first place to stay when visiting Christchurch again.

Ok for the price. Big room. Bed a bit soft. Bathroom tap dripped and handwashing soap dispenser didn’t work . You could hear people in the next room through the walls. Right next to park and lots of eating places.
