Clean space, lots of blankets heaters etc for when it’s cold and a room cooler for when it’s hot. Comfortable stay. Quite close to other bnb sites which I didn’t realise, no noise from other guests whoever so overall pleasant stay.

Every thing was great except the height of the bedroom & bathroom door ways.
A beautiful presentation from bathroom to the bedroom (the full length of the tiny house)
Great for an overnight stay parking challenging and not available where we were advised to park! Bed great quiet environment the wand in the coffee milk machine hadn't been cleaned the shower has a lot of mould growing around the base! Location and directions were great
My two sons and I fitted well into this tiny but thoughtfully laid-out house. They shared the double bed, I took the couch - just what I like, though some may find it a little lumpy. The heater did a good job of keeping us warm through frosty nights. Small house, so small fridge, small bench, small cooking facilities, simple meals worked best. A minor point: would have preferred to have a large glass bowl or dish for use in the microwave oven. Quiet suburb, picturesque location near a river, very much enjoyed my daily walks. Would happily stay here again.

As we are both in our mid 70's we shuddered when we saw the bed on a block of wood on the floor. We had a dreadful job getting in & out which did not do our backs any good. Maybe a visit to the osteopath this coming week. The bed configuration should have been advertised. Trying to have a bit of lie in but dogs barking next door put a stop to that.
Couch in lounge very uncomfortable, felt like your bum was on the floor. Did not use shower last morning as it took too long to get adjusted. No internet for one whole day, but finally got fixed about 8pm at evening.
On the whole some one is fleecing the travelling public.
Will always in future use motels. Never stay here again,
which is a shame as we choose this as it was handy to where family live.
