Welcome to our stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom single level town house located in the heart of the CBD. Our spacious and modern house is perfect for small families, couples, or friends traveling together. Located a short walk to Latimer Square a beautiful green space, Cardboard Cathedral and Cathedral square. A number of great eateries close by for dining, otherwise the property comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. 1 Bedroom with Queen bed and 1 full bathroom. Free WIFI.
This single level 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home is a great relaxing stay in Christchurch will an open plan Living, Dining and kitchen area as you enter. Head out the glass sliding door to a patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny afternoons.
Head down the hallway to the full bathroom, full laundry facilities with Washing Machine, Dryer and small wash tub. The bedroom boosting a spacious Queen bed.

The real beauty of our home lies in its proximity to the Central City and Latimer Sqaure. Take a stroll through the park, pack a picnic, or simply bask in the sun while taking in the stunning scenery. Head across in the Central city for a large number of Cafes, Eateries and overall dining experiences.
As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, smart TV, and natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
Nestled within the Four Avenues, this delightful property is just a leisurely stroll away from Latimer Square, New Regent Street, the Margaret Mahy Family Playground, and a host of other captivating central city attractions, including Cathedral and Victoria Square and The Riverside Markets.
Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 10-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. Detailed information about parking is available in the Welcome pack provided inside the property. For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service.
Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Free street parking only - located outside on the street - No allocated parks are available.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner-city Townhouse. It's near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
