This gorgeous studio apartment has been updated with the best quality materials and is now ready to WOW you! One studio bedroom (no door), full kitchen, lounge, & bathroom, this is the perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Quiet and spacious, it will delight with close proximity to the beach. Especially good for the beautiful sun rise!

This is an entire studio attached to another home at the back. You will have your own entrance with self check in using a lock box to house the key. There is a wardrobe space upstairs on the landing guests are welcome to use, otherwise the apartment is entirely on one level.

Nestled right in Sumner village, the close proximity to coffee, beach walks, cafes and restaurants will delight all guests. Everything is within walking distance, but there is a dedicated car park on the property for guests.

The city centre is a minute's drive away or there are regular busses that go right past the front gate. Across the road from Sumner beach, it is also a stones throw from the best cafe's, restaurants, and the cinema in Sumner Village.

Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.

For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. This service can be booked through your personal Guest Boarding Pass.
Our house rules are located in our guestbook and your service agreement which will be sent to you via email. If you have any further questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
