Outstanding apartment with great views of Christchurch and CBD.
Allocated covered parking so know need to feel concerned about parking.
5 mins from Isaac Theatre,New Convention Centre and CBD.

The apartment has 2 good size Queen bedrooms with excellent views to the mountains and CBD.The open plan kitchen dining with patio area is ideal for sitting with a good book or perhaps a coffee in the mornings enjoying a beautiful Christchurch day.
A well equipped kitchen allows you to cook a evening meal while entertaining your guests.
Handy to all tourist attractions and boutique shopping and restaurants.
Just a 5 min stroll to the CBD and Riverstone Market a real highlight of Christchurch.

I do not live on the premises but are available by phone or text between the hours of 8am to 8 pm.

Public transport is at your door plus you can download the Uber app or travel by Blue Star taxi.

Please do dishes and remove rubbish to bins before departure.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 9 pm and 7am.If you are unable to comply with these rules we ask you not to bookwith us.
Additionally parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is strictly 10am late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is not prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.Thanks for your understanding.

Clear instructions from Lexia how to access the property. Great having designated parking as not always easy to park near apartment. Close to restaurants, art centre and tourist interests.
