This beautiful townhouse is in the heart of Merivale. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two floors, there is room for the whole family in this warm and comfortable home.

Situated in one of the most sought after streets in Merivale, our Winchester home is within walking distance to Merivale Mall, Hagley Park and the central city while retaining all the privacy and comfort of suburban living.

There are 3 bedrooms with ensuites on the top floor, with an additional bedroom and main bathroom on the ground floor. This home has an open-plan living and dining area which is complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen.

Guests have access to the entire home except the garage, however there is room for you to park a car in front of the garage if required.
We have a guest book online and in the property for you to read. It has all the instructions for appliances as well as some recommendations and local information.

We stayed for 11 weeks at this property and thoroughly enjoyed both the home and location. Property management and owners were very responsive to our questions. The kitchen & dining area were well equipped making it easy for meals and entertaining guests. Bedrooms & bathrooms were very comfortable. We greatly appreciated the owner responding to our asking for a bbq - it’s a great bbq. Off-street parking in front of garage was appreciated as street parking is challenging especially when schools are in session. An improvement, if possible, would be to have use of the garage. We would definitely return to stay in this home! Thank you.
