"From the moment we arrived, our experience at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. The staff was warm, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The amenities were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both relaxing and luxurious. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable retreat. What truly stood out was the level of customer service — every interaction made us feel genuinely valued as guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Five stars all the way"

"Pros: VERY kind staff and clean. Cons: it is not as up to date as the pictures look and no breakfast included. When I called rhe toll free number I was told the pool was open until 11pm. When I arrived, I was told it had closed at 10pm and would not be open the next day. Parking was also extra but waived due to pool being closed. It's Toronto so expensive is expected, but to pay for parking and breakfast is a bit much."

"We recently reserved five rooms during our stay for an expo, and we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our two-night visit. The hotel's location was also ideal, just a short walk from the Convention Centre. We will certainly choose this hotel again for our next trip!"

"The room was very clean, and I was extremely pleased that the bed linens did not smell at all from scented laundry products. That alone is worth the stay!! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had, with great options and different protein to choose from each day of our stay. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to most amenities we were interested in and only a short walk from the train. My only complaint is the wacky parking rates, which are impossible to understand. Even the staff couldn't properly explain the rates. We paid $82 for 3 days, which seemed obscenely high. A daily rate of $10 on the weekend should mean $10 for 24 hours, not $10 for 12 hours during the day and another $10 for 12 hours during the night."

"At approximately 11:00 PM, we decided to spend some time at the hotel’s lobby bar. There were several empty tables available, including four tables for three to four guests. The lobby bar manager, who introduced himself as Senior Manager Dylan, refused to seat us because we were only two people. He stated that those tables were intended for larger groups and placed us on a waiting list. What made the situation particularly upsetting was that shortly afterward, he seated two other couples—also groups of two—at the same tables that had supposedly been reserved for larger parties. During all my travels, I have never experienced such treatment, and I found it offensive and humiliating. The following morning, we waited about 20 minutes for the General Manager to discuss the incident, but nobody came. Later that evening, the Hotel Manager emailed me, saying he wanted to speak with me. I immediately provided my phone number, but I was never contacted. I am not even mentioning the extremely long queues at reception or the fact that the extra bed for our son was delivered only several hours after our request. The lack of follow-up and poor service made this stay very disappointing. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, customer service, and respect from a hotel of this standard."
