"The room had no outlets next to the bed to plug chargers into. We were told there was a clock on the night stand to plug into but it was not there.the a/c system sounded like a jet plane taking off. The road noise was loud in the room so the cars and motorcycles could be heard all night. We ate in the bar restaurant one night and it was so cold from the A/c you needed a jacket and this was in April it was not hot outside. I’m sure there are better options in the area. "

"The hotel decided that I should pay 15USD to park my car, took my card for it and they have taken 75USD from it. Check in took best part of an hour hour due to system being down. No wifi, apparently you have to download an app to be a member. Cant be done without wifi. So impossib So far have paid twice for a room at a very tired hotel. Shall take this up with my card provider on my return home "

"I experienced multiple issues during my stay. The initial room I was assigned did not cool down even after setting the temperature to 60°F. I reported the issue and was told it would be fixed the following day; however, by the afternoon of the next day, it had still not been resolved. I was then moved to another room, which unfortunately did not have hot water. Additionally, around 5:00 a.m., the smoke alarm went off loudly and would not turn off. I was relocated once more, this time to a suite, where I encountered small cockroaches on occasion."

"This hotel is without a doubt, the best place for anyone to stay that is planning a visit to Cocoa Beach! Plenty of amenities & a great staff that will go out of their way to make your stay a memorable experience. Not many hotels I can honestly give a FIVE STAR REVIEW to but Beach Side Hotel & Suites deserves all “5” STARS! Oh, we frequently come to Cocoa Beach & always book at this Hotel! "Our room was neat and well supplied with towels. There were several options for charging your iPad or phone via USB – A outlets. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety."
