"Our first trip to Europe started great with a helpful and cheerful bartender and great food after a long day of travel. Kids liked the outdoor chess set. Rooms appeared clean, but sadly when our kids woke up we found bed bugs in the bed with them. I kindly brought to attention to front desk when they had no other customers checking as to not make a scene. "This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes. "This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip. Bottled water in the rooms, working mini fridge, access to English YouTube, air conditioner was working well, lots of space. Great restaurant and patio. I would totally stay at this place again. 5 star."
