"This hotel is simply beautiful. The staff makes you feel like royalty. The view is beautiful but not accessible or visible from the inside. I wish they build an observation deck in the future. Great conservation of the building. Neat clean all around. Great gourmet food. The best was breakfast. I missed a hair dryer, but a small detail for such a wonderful experience."

"Fantastic stay—highly recommend! The hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It is in a perfect location near the main strip, making it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the lobby concierge was extremely helpful in organizing a group boat trip for us. We felt very safe during our entire stay. Highly recommend!"

"Room was hot, one tiny window opened on the wall of windows. If you have to take your clothes off, you have to draw the heavy curtain over the window which is suffocating. If you want the window open for air, anyone outside the room can see you in bed. They should either put in a heat pump or find some other way to cool or put fresh air in the room without affecting privacy. I ended up forfeiting my $ there and went to get a room in another hotel.
