"It’s a very ‘okay’ hotel. For UK people, I’d say that it’s on par with Premier inn or good Travelodge. If that’s what you are after, it’s a great place. I kind of missed being treated very special by 4/5* type hotels. Although the hotel is in keeping with Japanese standards of service and competence, it just missed that extra bit. "We were absolutely impressed by how clean and beautiful the room was! It came with a ton of great amenities, and the staff was incredibly helpful."

"I was allocated to a room completely have no view, quite disappointed"

"If you book the room with Mt Fuji view you will not regret it! It’s the perfect room for family"

"The room was clean, the installations useful and the staff very helpful and kind. Recomended"

"Amazing breakfast!"
