"The good impression I had of the hotel was ruined because the room's A/C didn't work well."

"One block from the beach, good restaurants, a convinience store nearby. We were there for R&R so this was a great spot. The reason I gave, one particular staff at check-in a poor rating is because I had to argue with the guy to give me the room I had paid for. He wanted to give a room next to the small pool on the first floor although I had paid for ocean view. We argued a bit more and one of his co-workers stepped in and helped resolve and clarify the situation. The two women in the morning get excellent rating. They were helpful, friendly and even recomended a good restaurant the in the town over. Cleaning staff also excellent."

"The property is beautiful. It is right on the beach. it comfortably sleeps 12 people. The house is full of amenities such as a full service kitchen, three bathrooms, lots of gathering spaces that are fully furnished and comfortable. It has a wonderful pool and parking for your car. Is a 10 minute drive to chuburna, and a 15min drive to chelem. The owners were gracious and welcoming and were quick and responsive to communication. They put us in touch with a local sea food monger and a tuk tuk driver. We were here for two weeks and it was truly memorable and a magical time for our family."

"This is a beautiful oasis with quick access to whatever you'd like to do. The backyard pool area is epic. So peaceful & relaxing... Staff show up on a regular basis to ensure the pool & landscaping is clean and kept beautiful. The home itself met our every need. We stayed for 4 weeks and felt completely at home. "
