"The room was clean and updated. The water pressure for the shower was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The location can’t be beat though in the station where all of Hiroshimas transit options are it’s so nice leaving your room and electric street car is right there. Plus tons of shops and restaurants."

"The in-house laundry facility is convenient. The room looks outdated: the steps into the bathroom can be risky for older people. The bathtub is too deep and has no grab bars. The staff can be quite unhelpful. We asked for a room change to a room with a shower outside of the tub. We were charged extra ¥ 12,000 plus for the new room. The explanation given was because the new room was designated as a smoking room and we had asked for a non smoking. I was not convinced. I would not use this hotel again. "
