A great hotel to stay in to explore Madrid as itā€™s just on the outskirts of the centre and only took 10 mins in a taxi to get there. A relaxing hotel with a great pool. Staff were pleasant with some staff looked miserable and as though they didnā€™t want to be there.

Good equipment, however no gym mats, no towels unless organised with reception and I don't think there was any air conditioning. The exterior of the hotel was a mess, lots of litter. ..."
