Stephen is an excellent host and wealth of knowledge. His home is gorgeous and a short walk to the beach.

Very friendly and helpful
Stephen and Kim were very helpful with our mission to find a place for retirement. Introduced us to nice people and showing us properties. Definitely making another trip there!
