All perfect but I would suggest packing a small overnight bag if you are driving in, as the distance from public car park although close has cobbled areas to the property. "Boutique hotel in the middle of old town Sibenik. There are only 5 rooms per floor so not very big. Rooms were large and very clean. The staff was great especially Matejo who provided some historical information about the area and places to see. There is an underground parking lot nearby that is about 12 euros a day. "

"Clean, quiet, newly refurbished, complete small kitchen, in the middle of Old Town on a quiet pedestrian street. Only downsides: 1. The owner only accepts cash euros and ATMs in Croatia charge an exorbitant 15%, and 2. The owner is not on premises and sent an email with entry code on our day of arrival, which we did not receive because we did not have data or WiFi that day. Had a bystander call the number on the door and he arrived promptly. "
