"I booked a room advertised as having a capacity for 3 adults, which includes 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. As there were 3 of us traveling, this room type seemed ideal. However, at check-in I was informed that I would need to pay an additional charge for the other 2 guests. The staff were unable to offer any flexibility on this. My understanding when booking was that the rate was per room, not per person, especially since the room capacity was listed as 3 and there was no option during booking to add...

"Ellen and Rudi were lovely, very friendly, amusing and helpful hosts. There is a lovely pool, outdoor shower and terrace area. The room had tea and coffee making, air conditioning, Good size shower with excellent pressure. Excellent location with cafes below and next to the hotel. A short walk to village centre, restaurants and bars. We will remember their lovely doggies Oliver and Chief!"
