"This hotel is amazing. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The property is kept up well and the plants and fountains are so pretty. The breakfast is a steal, it’s a full menu that is included and the food was great. We walked to the Tlaquepaque street markets and that was so cool to see. There is a secure parking lot across the street. It is a little tight of an entrance if you have a big vehicle, which was my mistake! I would very much stay here again and my kids are still talking about it. "

"Very accommodating as we arrived way too early, extremely easy to get to since there’s a shuttle but also since the roads are being torn up right now. We needed a chauffeur and they sent someone right away. 10/10 would stay again just for the service. "

"I was a little worried about the location at first but its prefectly located. There's a plaza with shops and restaurants walking distance away, a 15-20min uber ride gets you anywhere. The pool is great! Room was spacious and clean."
