Our flight home was cancelled last minute, so we ended up finding this hotel by chance & so glad we did - because it is now one of our favourite hotels in the world! The staff were fantastic & the night manager Luis, who checked us in - was so helpful & so kind! 100% recommend staying here!"

"The location is great and the staff goes out of their way to help the guests. The cathedral and bars and restaurants are all walking distance from the property. Numerous beaches and coves are a comfortable 30-45 minute drive from the property. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and plan to be back. Word of caution: Some of the roads leading up to the property are very narrow - so, if you plan to rent a car, go with smaller car."

"Really nice property with really nice rooms in a good central location. The spa was really nice, and the Levels area was excellent. Really easy to get to and from the airport. In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar."
