"We chose this hotel since it was offered at a good price on Expedia and had mostly positive reviews. We arrived about ten minutes early from the check-in time and the person at the front desk immediately gave us the keys, which we appreciated. However, when we entered the room, it was completely not ready for guests: the bed linen was crumpled up and scattered across the floor, the room appeared extremely messy and very unclean. What was the most upsetting part was discovering visible urine stains on the mattresses and a strange bad smell coming from the sofa. This was truly disgusting. After that we moved to other hotel. Sadly our reservation was non refundable. "
