"The hotel was great overall. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Our room was ready for us upon our arrival. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was accommodating. The only area for improvement was the parking signs. They were confusing to find, making it difficult to locate the parking area. However, the hotel is very walkable to restaurants, and there’s a trolley right outside that’s convenient. The kids love riding the trolley to the zoo."

"Hotel is showing its age. There was an event held in the lobby, created much inconveniences for the rest of guests. If you you don't have a proper event hall that does not impact all guests, don't have the event. The hotel is not memorable enough for the inconveniences. 4 star is too much for this hotel."

"A lot of positives and one negative. The hotel is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, staff are really friendly and helpful. Ideally located for a short city break. Breakfast was really good. Small room for dining so when busy can be tight but good selection available. My one recommendation....check your room number before you go. There are bedrooms on the tramline which are very noisy, run through the night and vibrate in the room. The hotel are well aware and it is a huge problem for them dealing with room change requests. We were one of them! In fairness they did move us and gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. All in all I would definitely recommend it."
