"Hotel excelente ubicación, limpio muy bonito. Sólo que al llegar a la habitación no servía el aire acondicionado y estaba haciendo muchísimo calor afuera estábamos a 39 grados. Se les pedía atención y si fueron pero no resolvían tardaron 5 horas en decidir cambiarnos de habitación; se les pedía ayuda y si enviaban al personal, pero solo veían el aparato y le movían al control remoto. Al final si nos cambiaron la habitación sin costo extra; ya que decían que había con balcón y era extra, al...
