"Mi comentario no está dirigido a Expedia, plataforma que utilizo desde hace años y con la cual he tenido una excelente experiencia. Mi observación es específicamente sobre la transparencia del hotel al presentar sus tarifas. Al valor anunciado se adiciona posteriormente el IVA del 19%, algo que considero debería quedar claramente informado desde el comienzo. Además, durante este mismo viaje, varios compañeros de nuestro grupo reservaron directamente con el hotel y obtuvieron mejores condiciones. Creo que el hotel debería ser más claro al presentar sus tarifas y cargos desde el inicio, para que el huésped pueda tomar una decisión con toda la información disponible."

"this hotel for the price is a great value. Right in central Manazales the rooms were large and beds comfortable. most importantly they had hot water for a shower. I will definitely stay again."
