"Loved our stay at this family run hotel. Host, Liz, was friendly and informative and gave great tips for our drive to Cliffs of Moher. Breakfast was really yummy and welcome because there isn’t any other cafes or places nearby to grab breakfast. Bed was comfy and bathroom shower had great water pressure. Would stay here again. "

"We arrived very tire after a long days travel. The check in process with Ola could not have been more pleasant. Rooms were great - large, clean and comfortable. Xhersey and Iggi were so very kind and accommodating at the bar and restaurant - we are so glad we stayed there to eat! They made some excellent recommendations for our travels about as well. Could not have been happier!"
"Nice hotel, with solid rooms and a bar with local, that offers breakfast, but if you go in-season, you might be eating a breakfast buffet with an entire tour group. Location is on the outskirts of town."
"Very unique accommodations. Very quaint comfortable rooms. The bathroom was a wonderful size. The shower was extremely nice. Had good pressure and hot water. The breakfast was also very delicious."
"We stayed for three nights at the Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa while visiting Ireland for our milestone anniversary trip. I can not say enough about the gorgeous views of the Killarney National Park from our hotel balcony! We could have stayed for a month and not gotten tired of the beautiful lake and mountain scenery! There was a bit of miscommunication between hotel.com and the front desk about our reservation but we were able to get the lakeside room we had specifically booked thanks to the helpful check-in staff. Julio at the front desk also offered free mocktails at the restaurant for our anniversary which was very nice of him (as we didn’t drink the Prosecco usually offered to couples).
The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Each day, the breakfast buffet and selections from the a la carte menu were varied and delicious. One evening we ate at the Heights Lounge and Piano bar and the other two evenings we explored the town of Killarney and ate at a Kebab place and the Genting Thai restaurant. We also hired a private tour driver Mary G to take us to the Ring of Kerry which was a wonderful experience. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel for its service as well as its wonderful location and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you."
"Unique hotel in the middle of Killarney, very convenient for restaurants, bars and shopping. The evening staff went above and beyond helping us as we arrived late in the evening."
"It was excellent the receptionist Delia helped us find a places to see and the waitress a woman who untirely served us on our dinner with a smile. I asked the name but not sure was it Geraldine who returned the bank card that we left in the restaurant. We are so happy with our stay"
